Fall Fest @ the Farm – Vendor Payment

Be part of our very first Fall Fest @ the Farm on Saturday, November 15, 2025, in Denver, NC!

This outdoor, family-friendly event will feature live bluegrass music, local artisans, farm-to-table vendors, food trucks, raffles, and more.

Please complete your vendor booth registration by submitting the $60 booth fee through this product item.

Vendor Guidelines – Fall Fest @ the Farm

Outdoor Event – Rain or Shine

• All vendor booths will be outdoors. Please plan accordingly.

Booth Fee

• Vendor booth space is $60.
• Booth is secure only once payment is confirmed. No refunds.

Booth Setup

• Max booth size: 10’x10’
• Vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, tablecloths, and decorations.
• Setup time: Saturday, November 15th from 7:30–9:30 AM.
• Vendors must remain set up until 4:00 PM on event day.

Important Notes

• Electricity will not be provided.
• Wi-Fi is not provided — please plan accordingly.
• Cash/change is not provided - please bring your own.

• Vendors are encouraged to post and share the event on social media.
